Short Answer: Just reach out! SDS Industries is happy to help to facilitate a 1:1 install of a TAP Controller on the kiln of your choice.
Some kiln brands and manufacturers don’t offer TAP Kiln Controllers as a pre-installed controller option…yet (we’re still working on that!). However, that doesn’t mean that those kilns are not compatible with TAP. Almost every relay-controlled electric kiln is.
If you’re shopping for a new kiln from a brand that doesn’t offer TAP Kiln Controllers as a pre-installed option, we encourage you to reach out to them and ask them about TAP. Then, feel free to email us at info@kilncontrol.com and we’re happy to try to facilitate a 1:1 install for the kiln of your choice.
Alternatively, you can purchase a conversion kit from our online store which lets you easily swap out your existing controller for TAP. This is a great option to install a TAP Controller on a new or an existing kiln or oven.
