  • Dual Mode configuration – Control certain output channels depending on programmed advanced settings and selected fire mode
  • Favorites tab on schedules. Double click schedule title to add to favorites for quicker access to the most used schedules in the future
  • Enable networking page. Establish wired network connection. Enable transmission of kiln data to SDS Industries server for use with mobile application


ENHANCEMENTS

  • Limit Logs to 1000 entries for better performance
  • Add countdown to touchscreen calibration
  • Added settings page to allow reset of date and time without needing to reboot the controller
  • Updated the firing log sort, in descending order, by standardizing the format of firing log titles
  • Provide delay start countdown to program execution page

BUG FIXES

  • Incorporate enhanced error checking for ramp rates exceeding kiln capability (reduces chance of “Kiln is failing to heat for too long” alarm and unnecessary program abort)
  • Update cost page to provide standard formatting
  • Correct programmable delay start values to 0-2880 minutes
  • Correct calculation of interim setpoints after editing current step of execution
