Short Answer: As long as your controller is attempting to connect to a network that meets requirements, a simple reboot should do the trick!
First, make sure you’re attempting to connect to a wireless network that meets TAP’s network requirements and that you’ve entered your login details correctly.
After confirming you’ve entered the correct wireless network credentials, reboot the controller by turning it off and back on. Doing this will reinitiate a network connection and force a data synchronization.
Please note: TAP Controllers will not be able to connect to any network that requires a specific login or acknowledgment after connecting (typical of hotels, coffee shops, airports, etc.).
